Beer Cheese

Instructions

  1. Let cheese set overnight at room temperature to soften. Let beer set overnight opened so it will go flat.
  2. Shred cheese with slaw shredder and put in blender. Add salad dressing and beer, garlic and pepper. Blend until creamy.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Plate and serve with chips.
